Nargess is living in a nightmare. Recently diagnosed with motor neurone disease, her beloved father has died all too suddenly, and the circumstances are strange. Her father had summoned Nargess, her mother, and his best friend Dr Baker to Miami, to spend some meaningful time together. Nargess flew to Miami from New York and found her father still cheerful.
