Description
A pub bombing blamed on immigrant communities sends protesters and counter-protesters onto the streets. As the riots spread, an injunction lands on the desk of High Court judge Hawk — a ruling that will either calm the country or burn it down. His partner, Detective Black, a survivor of the very blast that started it all, begins to suspect the bomb was never what it seemed; a false flag designed to set the nation against itself.
